2. Data Collected by the Extension
The Bit24 LinkedIn extension collects only the minimum data required to provide its functionality.
The extension may collect and process:
API key entered manually by the user
Bitrix24 domain associated with the API key
LinkedIn profile data (person or company) only when the user explicitly clicks the extension button
The extension does not collect data automatically or in the background.
The extension does not collect:
Browsing history
IP addresses
Cookies
Payment information
Contacts unrelated to user actions
Data from LinkedIn without user interaction
3. Purpose of Data Processing
The collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
Authenticate the user with Bitrix24 using the provided API key
Allow the user to manually send LinkedIn profiles (people or companies) to their Bitrix24 account
Create leads or records in Bitrix24 based on explicit user actions
No data is used for analytics, tracking, advertising, or profiling.
4. Data Transmission
Data is transmitted securely to our backend servers using HTTPS.
The extension communicates with the following endpoints:

No other endpoints are used.
5. Data Storage and Retention
API keys and domain data are stored securely and only for as long as the integration remains active.
LinkedIn profile data is processed only to create the requested record in Bitrix24 and is not reused for other purposes.
Data is not retained longer than necessary.
6. Data Sharing
User data is not sold, shared, rented, or transferred to third parties.
Data is only accessible by BIT24, SL and is disclosed only if legally required.

Upon request, all associated data (API key, domain, and any stored records related to the extension) will be permanently deleted.
